All participants are requested to register by filling in and submitting the on-line forms. Please submit correct information for make the bill/invoice for payment: name, company/institute, full address (and EU VAT ID number of your company/institute - only for EU member countries)

Grants
A limited number of grants for young scientists will be provided on the basis of a competition. The grants will cover only the conference fee. The grant requesters must send a structured curriculum vitae and the complete paper to be presented at the symposium to Symposium Secretary (e-mail: dudits@brc.hu) no later than 1 April, 2009. The basic criteria for grant ranking is the quality of the paper and less than 35 years of age. Selected applicants will be informed by 30 April, 2009.

In connection with the Symposium all payments (registration fees, hotel, transfer) should be transferred  not later than 30 June, 2009 to the following bank account:

Passports and visas
To enter Hungary it is nessesary a valid passport or other proof of indentity that is officially recognised as a valid travel document. Although visa requirements may vary from country to country, no visa is needed from almost all European Countries or from the United States, Canada and Japan. Please ask information from the Hungarian Embassy or High Commission in your country. Customs and visa information can be found on our website too.

Invitation letter
The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to any participant on request. It is understood that such an invitation is intend to help potential participants to raise travel funds or to obtain visa. Such a letter does not commit the Organizers to cover any expenses of the participants.

The Organizing Committee recommends to use the existing bilateral academical and/or cultural agreements among countries to get financial support for scientific exchange visit/participation on the symposium. Please contact responsible authorities in your country.

Insurance
The fees (registration, accommodation, etc.) do not include any kind of insurance. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The Organizing Committee accepts no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons. Health, baggage or accident insurance is recommended and must be made in your home country.

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation of participation must be sent in written form to the Organizing Office (Congress & Hobby Service POB. 1022. H-6701 Szeged, Hungary, Fax: +36-62-450-014 e-mail: info@prof-congress.hu) before 15 July, 2009 for a full refund, except EUR 50 of handling fee. No refunds are available after 15 July, 2009.
